Background verification is the process of looking up and compiling employment screening, education screening, criminal and court record checks, address checks, reference checks and many more of an individual. The role of an ANALYST is to ensure that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted based on the credentials received from the clients. Backend Executive . Good communication skills. .
