Backend Engineer - Golang

We're expanding our backend team and looking for a passionate Backend Engineer with experience in Go (Golang).
You will be responsible for building high-throughput, low-latency microservices that form the backbone of our financial technology platform.Scalability and reliability are paramount to this role.Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code for core microservices.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Integrate with primary data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis) and third-party services.- Write and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests.- Participate in architectural discussions and capacity planning.- Work closely with front-end developers to define and consume APIs.Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in backend development, with at least 1 year professionally using Go (Golang).- Solid understanding of concurrent programming and Goroutines.- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).- Familiarity with gRPC and RESTful API design principles.- Knowledge of message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a strong plus.- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field
