Backend Developer - PHP/Laravel

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer who is proficient in PHP 8.2 and Laravel 9, with a strong understanding of modern software architectural patterns like Apiato and Porto. As a Backend Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing robust APIs, integrating with databases, and contributing to the overall architecture of applications. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and containerization with Docker would be an added advantage. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining backend services using PHP 8.2 and Laravel 9, building scalable APIs using Apiato, and implementing the Porto software architectural pattern. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers who use Vue.js 3 to ensure seamless integrations between the backend and frontend. Working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB will be essential to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of backend systems, as well as collaborating with the DevOps team to manage deployment pipelines using Docker and AWS services. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing backend systems and APIs will also be part of your role. Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development is crucial, and flexibility in timing to suit client needs is required.
