Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a backend team to deliver clean, scalable, high-quality code.

Architect and develop robust backend systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS., Php, Laravel.

Design efficient data models and manage databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neptune.

Guide backend modernization initiatives and make strategic architectural decisions.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and monitoring tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.

Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Own performance, security, and scalability challenges across backend infrastructure.

Manage sprints, provide task estimations, and keep project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) up-to-date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 6 years of backend development experience, including:

o Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Php, Laravel

o Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Minimum 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience.

olid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and search/graph DBs like Elasticsearch, Neptune.

Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with event-driven architecture, GraphQL, or Kubernetes.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React.

Prior work on platforms related to real estate, BIM, construction tech, or eCommerce.

Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.
