Key Responsibilities
● Identify and recruit qualified Vedic astrologers across Tamil Nadu.
● Contact astrologers directly through telephone, WhatsApp, professional networks and referrals.
● Coordinate with recruitment agencies and independent recruiters.
● Screen astrologers based on experience, specialisation and communication skills.
● Schedule practical assessments and interviews.
● Coordinate documentation, onboarding and training.
● Maintain an organised database of prospective and registered astrologers.
● Monitor astrologer availability, consultation participation and performance.
● Coordinate with AstroParihar's management, marketing and technical teams.
● Submit weekly recruitment and operational progress reports.
Candidate Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Preferably 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or vendor onboarding.
● Excellent Tamil communication skills; working English required.
● Strong telephone communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
● Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
● Familiarity with astrology or spiritual services is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
