Back Office Executive – Job Description We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support our dealership operations. Responsibilities: - Maintain daily records, documents and reports. - Handle data entry and update customer/vehicle details in the system. - Prepare and maintain invoices, forms and other documents. - Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts and other departments. - Maintain proper filing and documentation. - Assist with daily administrative and back-office activities. - Prepare Excel reports and maintain accurate data. - Follow up on pending documents and internal requirements. Eligibility: - Any degree / relevant qualification. - Freshers with good computer and MS Excel knowledge are welcome to apply. - Experienced candidates with relevant back-office experience are preferred. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
