Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflows, and manage resources efficiently to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning and implementing operational strategies, mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high operational efficiency while delivering excellent outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in managing operations within the manpower or recruitment industry is a strong advantage
