Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Thane for a Back Office Executive at Naukripay group. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing daily back-office operations, maintaining office records, data entry, and handling communication as required. The role will also involve coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, assisting in sales operations, and supporting finance-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to assist in related activities
Understanding of Finance operations to support administrative tasks
Detail-oriented and efficient organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools is an advantage
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
