Job Title: Back Office (Project Commercial Support)

Company: Engineering Company involved in HVAC business

Location: Survey Park, Santoshpur

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support for commercial and project operations.

• Prepare and maintain project commercial documentation, reports, and MIS.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for project-related follow-ups.

* ⁠Inventory management of materials and spares

* ⁠Management of issuance and return of tools, tackles and other project assets and maintain proper record.

* ⁠Material issue, tracking, return record maintenance and material reconciliation.

• Support project billing and payment tracking.

• Maintain files and ensure timely documentation for audits and management reviews.

* ⁠Preparation of project reports for management’s MIS

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with project billing, material reconciliation and documentation processes in engineering setups.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in a project environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
