Functional Skills & Key Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, maintaining, and monitoring end-to-end process flowcharts across all business operations to ensure smooth and systematic workflow.
Defines and documents each step of the workflow clearly, ensuring that tasks are completed within the specified timelines and aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinates with multiple departments and stakeholders to share accurate and relevant information at every stage of the workflow.
Acts as a central point of communication to ensure clarity, transparency, and consistency among team members involved in the process.
Tracks progress of assigned tasks and follows up with concerned teams to avoid delays or bottlenecks in execution.
Ensures that all processes are followed as per defined flowcharts and supports teams in resolving process-related issues.
Maintains proper documentation and updates flowcharts/process notes whenever changes are required.
Helps management by providing process status updates and workflow insights for better decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
