Greetings of the day
Kahan Controls is actively hiring a Back Office Assistant to join our team in Chennai.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers via telephone and email
Maintain regular follow-ups on pending offers and expected orders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales, marketing, and deliveries.
Strong understanding of Order Management, Dispatch Planning, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up processes
Handle general administrative tasks.

Desired Profile:

Education: B.A / B.Com
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office , Photoshop & CorelDraw.
