Back Office Agent - Claims

Role Overview: As a Claims Executive at unifyCX, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing submissions received via USPS, email, and fax. Your role will require attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to escalate issues to leadership when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Process diverse documents and written correspondence within internal software, following company guidelines and protocols. - Ensure all correspondence is handled with accuracy and efficiency. - Support assigned projects and other duties as directed by leadership. - Proactively identify and escalate issues related to cases or class members. - Track and follow up to ensure escalations are resolved in a timely manner. Qualification Required: - High school diploma or GED required for education. - Prior relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory for experience. - Proficiency with Zendesk, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe for technical skills. - Ability to use internal software applications. - Strong listening and verbal communication skills and advanced English proficiency for communication skills. - Comfortable working with confidential information. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.
