Job Description

  • Preference for female candidates with a commerce background .
  • Handling day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in maintaining financial records, vouchers, and invoices
  • Managing data entry, documentation, and file organization
  • Performing basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash handling
  • Assisting with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances under supervision
  • Updating and maintaining Excel sheets and accounting software
  • Coordinating with vendors and clients for invoice follow-ups and payment tracking
  • Managing and updating company LinkedIn profile, posting updates and job openings
  • Supporting HR and recruitment activities through LinkedIn outreach and communication
  • Ensuring timely maintenance and safekeeping of physical and digital office documents
  • Assisting in report generation and audit preparations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all assigned tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
