Back End Sales and Service Coordinator

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers and prospective customers. Your duties will include resolving queries and issues related to products and services, taking and processing product orders professionally, and maintaining the customer database regularly. Cold calling to reach new customers and preparing quotes in ERP system will also be part of your tasks. Additionally, you will log service calls in ERP, follow up with clients for AMC, and send out AMC proposals. Generating daily service call reports will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently as needed. You should also be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The qualifications required for this position include having 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
