Job Title: Back-End Developer MERN Stack Location: Noida Experience Level: 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Back-End Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and database systems to support scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust back-end services using Node.js and Express.js. Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components (React). Work with MongoDB for data storage, queries, and schema design. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members in Agile/Scrum environment. Debug and resolve technical issues across environments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js. Experience with MongoDB. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. Understanding of database performance, indexing, and schema design. Proficiency with Git and version control. Strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with front-end technologies, especially React. Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, ). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of unit testing and test automation frameworks.
