Key Responsibilities 1. Farmer Follow-up & Support Calls Make outbound calls to farmers after the sale of seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers. Confirm product receipt, usage status, and crop stage. Guide farmers on correct dosage, application method, timing, and safety precautions. Answer basic agriculture and product-related queries as per SOP. 2. Complaint Handling & Coordination with Field Officers Register farmer complaints accurately in CRM/ERP or complaint registers. Categorize complaints (germination, pest control, nutrition deficiency, crop damage, etc.). Assign complaints to the respective Field Officer for field verification. Coordinate with Field Officers regarding visit schedules, findings, and solutions. Follow up with both field staff and farmers until complaint closure. 3. Feedback & Data Collection Collect farmer feedback on product performance and service quality. Record crop details, acreage, season, and competitor product information. Share insights with Field Officers, sales, and technical teams. 4. Dealer & Sales Team Support Coordinate with dealers for service-related farmer issues. Inform the sales team about recurring problems, repeat demand, and cross-selling opportunities. Support after-demo and trial follow-up calls. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily call logs, complaint tracking sheets, and follow-up schedules. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM/ERP or Excel formats. 6. Customer Relationship Management Maintain polite, professional, and farmer-friendly communication at all times. Ensure high levels of farmer satisfaction and trust in the company’s products. Encourage continued usage and loyalty through effective service support. --- Required Skills & Competencies Good communication skills in local language(s); basic Hindi/English preferred. Basic understanding of agriculture crops, seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers. Strong coordination and follow-up skills with field teams. Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM systems, calling software). Ability to work in a target-based and process-driven environment.
