Job Description

We are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to manage incoming online enquiries, interact with domestic and international customers, understand their jewellery requirements and convert potential leads into confirmed orders.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to independently manage customer enquiries and close sales through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other digital platforms.
• Manage both domestic and international customer enquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and online meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery designs.
• Explain diamond specifications, pricing, gold options and customization processes.
• Share product images, videos, catalogues, quotations and CAD designs with customers.
• Consistently follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate and confidently close sales.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized jewellery orders.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide regular order updates.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
• Must be confident handling international customer enquiries.
• Strong customer interaction, convincing and sales-closing skills.
• Must be comfortable handling multiple online enquiries simultaneously.
• Ability to independently manage customer follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Experience in B2C sales, customer relationship management or jewellery sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email and CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is an added advantage.
• Professional attitude, patience and a target-oriented mindset.
