As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels. Sales Presentations: Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
