B2B Tele-Sales Executive

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented B2B Tele-Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers from B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and other business directories, generate orders through calling, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential buyers and business enquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

Understand customer requirements, explain our products and communicate pricing, product details and order quantities.

Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.

Follow up regularly with interested customers and pending leads to improve conversion rates.

Share product catalogues, images and quotations through WhatsApp.

Identify new retailers, wholesalers, distributors and bulk buyers.

Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, quotations and confirmed orders.

Coordinate with the office and production team for order processing and dispatch updates.

Build long-term relationships to generate repeat orders from existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confident speaking over the phone and handling customer objections.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.

Persuasive, disciplined and comfortable working with sales targets.

Freshers with good communication skills and prior tele-sales or B2B sales experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
