We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and result-driven B2B IT Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, connect with corporate clients and promote our software development and technology solutions.

• Generate B2B leads and identify potential business clients.
• Connect with business owners, directors, CEOs and decision-makers.
• Promote and sell ERP solutions, customized software, mobile apps and web development services.
• Understand business requirements and suggest appropriate technology solutions.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and software demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying customers.
• Build long-term business relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales or Software Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain software and IT solutions.
• Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Sales Commission
