Purchase Assistant Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Assistant, located on Roshanara Road, Delhi. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for creating purchase orders, sending them to vendors, following up for timely receipt of goods, and ensuring smooth invoice processing. The successful candidate will communicate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries, assist in resolving supplier issues, and maintain accurate records of purchases. KRAs: 1.Downloading Purchase Orders from Tally ERP and sending to vendors as well as internal stakeholders, via e-mail and WhatsApp. 2.Following up with vendors over phone, WhatsApp and email to ensure timely receipt of goods. 3.Following up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of bills/ invoices. 4.Handling issues related to quality/ quantity mismatch with vendors and organizing return/ replacement as the case may be. 5.Submitting vendor bills to Accounts Department for payment, after reconciling the bills with purchase orders and explaining discrepancies, if any. Requirements: 1.Graduate in any field 2.Minimum 2 years of work experience 3.Proficient in MS Excel, e-mails, basic computer operating 4.Knowledge of Automotive spare parts is a must. Candidate should have worked in the spare parts industry for at least 2 years. 5.Knowledge of TALLY will be an added advantage. If the candidate is suitable but does not know how to operate Tally, we will provide the training.
