Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop the CI/ CD & DevOps phase-wise implementation roadmap along with the Tools identification. Implementation of automated Azure cloud infrastructure provisioning using IaC(Infrastructure as code). ¢ Develop innovative approaches on development optimization & automation to ensure timely delivery and enhanced speed to market. ¢ Integrate and adhere with the defined development and delivery process/ Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals. ¢ Utilize your collaborative skills to work with business partners, IT managers/staff, to develop Continuous Integration and Delivery incorporating Code Quality, Unit Testing, TDD, Test automation, API automation, etc. ¢ Serve as a thought leader, Change Agent and implementor within Agile teams providing direction to scrum team members. ¢ Demonstrate value and enable adoption of Unit Testing, Feature level automated tests, API and Service level automation ¢ Ability to perform Unit and Integration tests to assure quality for all developed artifacts and provide support for UAT and Production deployment and checkout activities. ¢ Experience with Azure stack for Data Products like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is a must. Desired Competencies: ¢ Ability to understand existing CI/CD pipelines and perform enhancements based on new requirements and enjoys the implementation of the CI/CD pipelines on Azure Devops in an organization that has firmly adopted Agile. ¢ 8+ years experience implementing CI/CD pipeline / tool chain and building CI/CD solutions. ¢ 8+ years DevOps experience using GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jfrog, Azure artifacts, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. ¢ 8+ years experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Bicep. ¢ 8+ years of hands on experience in different scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Shell Scripting etc. ¢ Strong experience in setting up CI/CD for Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure APIM using Azure ARM Templates or Bicep. ¢ Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), etc. ¢ Experience in setting up GIT by following the best practices for different dev teams. ¢ Experience with industry standard Static Code Quality and Code Security analyzer tools (SonarQube, Snyk, Veracode, Checkmarx, Synopsis-BlackDuck, Nexus or similar) ¢ Familiar with different industry standard tools such as NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter, Bamboo, Cucumber, MSBuild, Maven etc. ¢ Detailed understanding of package management tools like Nuget, NPM, Yarn, PIP, Go package manager etc.. ¢ Experience with Cloud - Azure and Micro services implementation ¢ Interested in learning and applying new technologies and concepts and stays up-to-date with technology tools and trends in the industry. ¢ Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys making a difference in the business through your technical contributions ¢ Ability to think creatively, stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking. ¢ Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technology topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. ¢ Mortgage Industry Experience would be a plus. ¢ Experience with Mulesoft Pipelines would be a plus. Qualification & Experience B.Sc., B.C.A, M.C.A., B.E./B.Tech.
