As a Senior Azure Synapse Developer at a global enterprise specializing in refrigeration and cold-chain solutions, your role will involve designing and developing Azure Synapse pipelines from scratch, optimizing SQL queries, and building scalable ETL/ELT workflows to support high-quality data integration and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize Azure Synapse Pipelines and workflows - Build and enhance ETL/ELT processes using Synapse SQL Pool and Spark Pool - Optimize SQL Server queries, procedures, and data warehouse performance - Design and implement dimensional models (Star Schema, SCD Type 1 & 2) - Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and pipeline reliability - Manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and version control using Azure DevOps - Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions Qualifications Required: - 58 years of experience in Data Warehouse and SQL development - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics - Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT expertise - Experience with Python/PySpark and Azure Data Lake/Blob Storage - Primary skills: Azure Synapse, SQL, Data Warehouse - Secondary skills: SSIS, Azure Data Factory Note: Interested candidates can share their CV at View email address on click.appcast.io As a Senior Azure Synapse Developer at a global enterprise specializing in refrigeration and cold-chain solutions, your role will involve designing and developing Azure Synapse pipelines from scratch, optimizing SQL queries, and building scalable ETL/ELT workflows to support high-quality data integration and reporting.
