Azure Cloud Ops - L2 support

An Azure CloudOps role involves providing advanced technical assistance for Azure cloud environments, managing and troubleshooting Azure services like AKS, Azure Monitor, and VNet, resolving complex incidents and problems, ensuring system performance and security, performing infrastructure maintenance, and working with other teams to maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure. Key qualifications typically include Azure certifications, hands-on experience with Azure services, knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, scripting, and incident management. The candidate should have the willingness to work towards providing a “great customer experience” as the goal and ready to take the extra step to ensure the goal is achieved. Hands on experience in using CI/CD tools, gitlab/gitrunners preferred. Experience using ITIL tools like Service Now.
