Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an Operations Manager at Aztek Solutions LLP. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, implementing strategies for team efficiency, client coordination and management and ensuring seamless workflow within the organization. Qualifications Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Strategic Planning skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Experience in team handling and Banking Process outflow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent conflict management skills Ability to analyze data, share dashboards, suggest and implement process improvements. Previous experience of working with Banks/NBFCs or CPV/FI Agency or similar companies. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Preferred knowledge of working with MS Excel, Powerpoint, or any preferred skills or useful tool is a plus.
