This mid-level, full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in traditional Ayurvedic practices and therapies. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing holistic health solutions and patient care. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Ayurvedic diagnosis techniques to accurately determine patient ailments (Mandatory skill). Expertise in Panchakarma therapy to conduct detoxification procedures (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with AYUSH regulation compliance to ensure adherence to standards (Mandatory skill). Knowledge in herbal medicine formulation to prepare personalized treatments for patients. Ability to integrate Yoga therapy as a complementary approach to improving patient health and wellness. Competency in pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) to assess patients health status effectively. Strong patient consultation and assessment skills for providing tailored healthcare solutions. Capable of offering comprehensive diet and lifestyle consultations to supplement medicinal treatments. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnose conditions using traditional Ayurvedic methods. Design and administer Panchakarma therapies and other relevant treatments based on patient needs. Ensure all practices and processes comply with AYUSH regulations and guidelines. Create and dispense herbal formulations tailored to individual patient conditions and requirements. Provide integrated Yoga therapy sessions to complement Ayurvedic treatments and enhance patient outcomes. Develop personalized dietary plans and lifestyle changes for overall patient well-being. Keep detailed patient records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy for effective follow-ups and treatments. Educate patients about Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and their benefits to increase awareness and encourage adherence.
