We are hiring Tele-Consultants who will serve as the first point of contact for potential patients. Your role will involve understanding patient needs, explaining clinic services, and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient-first mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with patients to understand health concerns. - Schedule appointments based on availability and patient needs. - Explain clinic services and answer related inquiries. - Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. - Meet performance targets related to appointments and engagement. - Collect patient feedback to improve service delivery. Eligibility: - Any graduate; freshers are welcome. - Candidates with a background in healthcare or dietetics are encouraged to apply.** - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in Hindi, English, Marathi, or Gujarati. - Comfortable using phone systems and CRM software.
