We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Inbound Marketing Manager to own and scale our inbound lead generation engine. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing content, campaigns, and automation workflows that attract qualified leads and move them through the marketing funnel—driving both awareness and conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy , aligned with revenue and growth targets. Own and manage the content calendar : blogs, ebooks, white papers, landing pages, and video content. Drive organic traffic growth through SEO best practices (on-page, technical, keyword research). Collaborate with content writers, designers, and subject matter experts to produce high-value resources. Create and manage email marketing workflows , drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences. Build and optimize lead generation forms, CTAs, and landing pages across web properties. Use data to monitor funnel performance , improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles. Work closely with sales to align inbound leads with qualification criteria and feedback loops. Implement A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve key KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, etc.). Track and report on campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, and Looker.
