AWS -Software Engineer III

As a Software Engineer III specializing in Java and AWS, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software projects and tasks. Your role will involve directly interfacing with user clients to ensure the proper functioning of their systems and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will analyze user requests to determine the necessity of system changes and collaborate with users on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing projects/program changes within the system you oversee. You will also be required to coordinate with other HAEA groups in case of integration projects or issues and collaborate with external vendors when necessary. In this role, you will work on complex issues that require an in-depth evaluation of various factors, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired results. Networking with key contacts outside your area of expertise is essential, and you may escalate issues as needed to address business requirements beyond the scope of your position responsibility. Moreover, you will determine methods and procedures for new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 6 years of consulting experience in AWS application setup, monitoring, alerts, logging, tuning, and related areas. Proficiency in working with RESTful Web Services, Microservices, Java Spring boot, and ReactJS is required, along with experience in building Web/Mobile applications as a Fullstack developer. Additionally, familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies is necessary. You should also have experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and possess good communication skills, both oral and written. It would be advantageous to have at least one AWS certification. Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure and SAP BTP would be beneficial as well. Overall, this role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.,
