Role Overview: You are sought after to be a highly skilled Technical Leader for the AWS Software Development practice, responsible for architecting scalable software solutions and leading software projects implementation on AWS. Your deep understanding of AWS services and software development best practices will play a crucial role in this position. You will be tasked with establishing and enhancing the company's Software Development Services Practice, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a visionary leader, steering, motivating, and driving exceptional performance in software development engagements. - Conduct proof-of-concept projects to explore strategic opportunities and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions. - Make informed architectural decisions, guide and mentor engineers, and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality. - Collaborate with sales/pre-sales/solution team to develop proposals and strategies aligning with company objectives. - Design and implement robust, scalable software applications using AWS services. - Lead software infrastructure development and management, ensuring automation of tasks while maintaining quality and integrity. - Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using AWS services. - Oversee software development projects implementation from inception to completion. - Engage in strategic discussions with customers, ensuring software quality, integrity, and security throughout the lifecycle. - Stay updated with software development and AWS technologies advancements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and experiment with new tools and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech). - 15+ years of technical hands-on experience in software development. - At least 4 end-to-end implementations of large-scale software projects. - Experience working on projects across multiple geographic regions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. - Strong understanding of AWS architecture and best practices for software development. - Proficiency in managing AWS IAM roles, policies, and permissions. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and containerization. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for monitoring, logging, and automation. - Expertise in optimizing application performance and scalability. - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems. - Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of cloud-native applications. - Understanding of software lifecycle management and best practices for software development. - Ability to implement and manage quality assurance frameworks and processes.,
