AWS Senior Data Engineer

Role Overview: As an AWS Senior Data Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for building scalable data solutions on the AWS cloud platform, working with large datasets, and optimizing data pipeline efficiency. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and Redshift. You will collaborate with business and analytics teams to deliver reliable, production-ready data solutions while implementing best practices in data modeling, governance, and security. Troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in data systems will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift). - Optimize data storage, transformation, and retrieval processes for high performance and scalability. - Write efficient queries and transformations using SQL and Python/PySpark. - Collaborate with business and analytics teams to deliver reliable, production-ready data solutions. - Implement best practices in data modeling, governance, and security. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in data systems. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services: Redshift, Glue, Lambda. - Strong knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark. - Experience in designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines. Additional Details: The company follows a hybrid work mode, where employees are required to be in the office in Gurgaon for 4 days a week. The interview process consists of 3 rounds, conducted either face-to-face or virtually, with the drive date scheduled for 20th September 2025. Candidates interested in this role should have 3-6 years of experience and be available to join between 6th and 10th October 2025.
