We are currently seeking an experienced AWS Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Responsibilities Lead and manage AWS cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and budget management. Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Conduct project meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and facilitate problem-solving. Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle by adhering to best practices. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Assist in defining project requirements and deliverables in collaboration with business analysts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes. Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success. Coach and mentor junior project team members, promoting professional development. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AWS advancements to leverage new technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud technologies, specifically AWS. Demonstrated experience in managing projects in an Agile environment. Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project. Strong understanding of AWS services and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud projects. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
