Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
Create and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
Develop automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
Use version control tools such as Git for source code management.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and user guides.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
Monitor production applications and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and organizational development practices.
Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.
