As a part of the Yubi team, you will play a crucial role in structuring deals, preparing documentation, understanding legal regulations, and coordinating with various counterparties to facilitate the execution process. - Understand the deal contours and structure deals based on investor and client requirements - Prepare Term sheets, Cash Flows, and liaise with Lawyers for definitive Documentation - Understand the law and regulations related to Yubi product offerings to facilitate negotiations on complex legal documents - Coordinate with multiple counterparties such as Issuer, Investors, Trustee, Law Firm, Rating Agency, Stock exchange, Depository, RTA, Auditor, etc., to facilitate the execution process - Address queries regarding cash flows or Bond/PTC details to investors and/or Issuers - Assist Sales/Ops team with specific Bond/PTC related inputs, cash flows if needed Qualifications Required: - CA or MBA - 7-10 years of experience in financial services - Strong understanding of debt capital markets - Proficiency in MS Excel - Demonstrated resilience - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Impeccable integrity and work ethics - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure - High level of analytical skills,
