AVP, Engineering Analyst (IT BA)

As an Engineering Lead at our Bangalore location, you will be entrusted with managing the tech team and spearheading the Business Solution for SAP developments. Your primary focus will be on a substantial cost implementation project involving S4 HANA PAPM. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the tech team, contributing to Business Solution for SAP developments, supporting various tech project activities encompassing SAP BW / Fiori enhancements and reports, and demonstrating a solid understanding of SDLC. While an in-depth SAP tech hands-on knowledge is not mandatory, you should possess a basic understanding of the SAP / PSGL landscape. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in SAP, currently holding a Lead position with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experiences. Proficiency in SAP ABAP, API, HANA & CDS Views with S4 Hana Rise implementation experience is essential. Additionally, familiarity with SAP Fiori and project experience in FICO / PAPM would be advantageous. Integration experience with non-SAP systems like Service service bench is preferred, along with prior experience as a Tech lead in S4 Hana Implementation projects. Previous exposure to the banking or insurance sectors will also be beneficial.
