About The Role Aviz Healthcare is building India’s leading healthcare super app that connects users with emergency, preventive, and home-based health services. We are looking for passionate and energetic Business Development Sales Interns who can help us onboard essential healthcare service providers onto our platform across Rajasthan and Gujarat. This is a field sales role, ideal for those who enjoy meeting new people, solving real-world problems, and contributing to the growth of a healthcare revolution. Sales & Onboarding Specialist – Aviz Healthcare Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Onboarding Specialist to expand Aviz Healthcare’s partner network and drive user adoption. The role involves meeting healthcare professionals, onboarding them onto the Aviz Healthcare platform, and promoting our home healthcare services to patients. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident in field sales, understands healthcare operations, and can build strong relationships with hospitals, labs, pharmacies, ambulance operators, physiotherapy clinics, and homecare users. Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding Visit and onboard healthcare service providers including hospitals, laboratories, medical stores, physiotherapy clinics, blood banks, ambulance operators, and nursing agencies . Explain Aviz Healthcare’s platform, subscription model, and benefits to potential partners. Collect required documents, verify details, and ensure smooth onboarding on the Partner App. Train partners on how to use the app for appointments, service requests, and payment collection. 2. Patient/User Acquisition Promote Aviz Healthcare’s home healthcare services , including nursing care, caretaker services, physiotherapy, lab tests at home, online doctor consultations, and emergency ambulance service. Engage with local communities, residential societies, corporates, and walk-in customers to increase user registrations. Educate potential users about app features, pricing, benefits, and service reliability. 3. Field Sales & Market Expansion Conduct field visits daily to identify new territories and generate leads. Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, hospital admins, and medical store owners. Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets assigned by the company. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve Aviz Healthcare’s offerings. 4. Customer Support & Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for partners after onboarding. Resolve service-related queries, help with account activation, and ensure high partner satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-ups to keep partners active on the platform. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, onboarding progress, and sales performance. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any field; experience in healthcare, pharma, or B2B sales is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
