As a Sr. Textile Designer at our office cum factory in Hosiery Complex, Noida, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Forecast colours and design trends for future seasons and compile collection mood boards. - Conceptualize and create Soft Home Furnishing products such as Decorative Cushions, Table Linen, Curtains, Throws, etc. using techniques like Surface Ornamentation, Fabric Manipulation, Embroidery (Manual and Computer), Printing, and others. - Delegate tasks and supervise junior team members for sample making and CADS. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in Textile Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or National Institute of Design (NID). - Ability to understand buyers' requirements, prepare samples/product development, and ensure timely completion. - Good organizational skills, proactive attitude, team player mindset, attention to detail, and a calm temperament. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Computer proficiency in design software and knowledge of Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. It is preferred that you reside nearby in Noida or have a personal vehicle for easy commuting. If you are interested, the salary offered for this position is 7.20 lakhs per annum, with consideration for a higher salary based on additional qualifications, experience, and merits.
