Job Title: Accountant Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Sector 63) Company: Avertech Services Employment Type: Full-time About the Company:Avertech Services is a technology-driven organization specializing in cloud solutions, IT services, and business process management. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the company’s cloud billing, sales, and procurement functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Tally or other ERP software. Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently. 2. Cloud Billing & Cost Management Handle monthly AWS and other cloud billing for clients and internal accounts. Coordinate with the operations team for accurate cost allocation and billing reconciliation. Prepare billing summaries, verify invoices, and manage credit/debit notes. 3. Sales & Purchase Management Maintain sales and purchase registers and ensure accurate entry of all invoices. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and vendor payment schedules. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing queries. 4. Compliance & Taxation Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Ensure timely submission of tax payments and reconciliations. Coordinate with CA and auditors for monthly and annual audits. 5. Payroll & HR Coordination Manage salary processing, deductions, and reimbursements. Maintain employee records for payroll and TDS. 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly financial summaries, profit analysis, and expense reports. Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in IT or service-based industries. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / . Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Good understanding of cloud billing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
