Job Responsibilities 1. Schneider / Siemens PLCs and SCADA experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Utility (Water & Power) Industries. 2. Should have worked on PCS7, S7 400 H PLC OR M580 Systems in Redundant (Hot standby) Configuration with Server-client architecture of SCADA System. 3. Understanding of field instrumentation and its interface with PLC, RTU over communication bus. 4. Complete understanding of the engineering documents associated with instrumentation such as: P&IDs, loop diagrams, specification sheets, writing diagrams, ladder logic, logic diagrams, installation detail drawings, etc. 5. Complete understanding of field construction, sequence of events, how to track progress, how to verify proper installation, and control loop checking 6. Participate in developing the functional description of the automation solution (e.g., control scheme, alarms, HMI, reports) using rules established in the definition stage in order to develop and program. 7. Responsible for FAT and SAT.

The candidate should be from Engineering background with bachelors degree in either Electronics / Communications/ Electrical Engineering. The candidate will be allocated in different functions based on the qualification and skillset including Pre-Bid Engineering or Project Execution & Commissioning in Automation/Telecom/Software functions. Job Description Degree in Electronics/ E&C / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in pre-bid engineering of Automation for Oil & Gas, Water, Utility and Infrastructure segment mostly involving: Process Control System, PLC, ESD, F&G, RTU, SCADA. Knowledge / Experience in following would be an added advantage: IT Hardware and Networking related to Automation System Instrumentation Makes: Siemens / Schneider/ Rockwell Skills Studying tender specifications Drawing configuration and estimating hardware and software requirements meeting tender specifications. Review Customers specification and identify scope of supply and qualify exceptions/compliance. Develop & prepare system design, technical write up & data sheets to meet the customer specifications and applicable standards. Provide cost effective and accurate solution for the industries served. Support technical meetings with Sales. Responding to technical clarifications and attending meetings with customers if required for clarifications purpose. Develop specification for bought out items and obtain competitive quotes. Prepare cost estimation & commercial proposal and review with Proposal & Sales Manager. Prepare complete proposal and review with Proposal Manager and Sales team involved. Telephone system comprising of PABX, Indoor/Outdoor Telephones, Voice Gateways etc. PAGA, Page party and Intercom Systems Radio Systems viz. Tetra Radio system, Plant Radio systems- HF/ UHF/ VHF Skills Previous experience with Oil & Gas, Industrial, Utility and Energy sector clients in India. Review Customers specification and identify scope of supply and qualify exceptions/compliance on timely basis Develop & prepare system design, technical write up & data sheets to meet the customer specifications and applicable standards. Provide cost effective and accurate solution for the industries served. Quantify commercial & technical risks. Manage technical expectations of customers. Support technical negotiation. Responding to technical clarifications and attending meetings with customers if required for clarifications purpose. Develop specification for bought out items and obtain competitive quotes. Prepare cost estimation & commercial proposal and review with Marketing / Proposal Manager. Effective co-ordination with Sales team, project team and other divisions. Maintain log of all out going proposals and ensuring proper filing of proposals in line with set procedures. Handing over of proposal to project group on receipt of purchase order with all back-up documents.

1. Adhere to project deliverable standards and project implementation processes. 2. Provide technical inputs related to the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of project scope. 3. Formulate telecom engineering designs associated with project scope with respect to FDS, FEED, FAT, SAT and timely resolution of technical and engineering issues in coordination with engineering Team 4. Develop design scope and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with applicable Codes, standards and project requirements. 5. Support the coordination and alignment of telecom interfaces between various contractors and Sub-contractors as per project requirements for timely completion of project. 6. Review telecom design calculations reports, system studies, design philosophies, drawings, Specifications and other vendor data 7. Prepare Factory acceptance test & Site acceptance test procedures 8. Conduct FAT & SAT with customer and handover project on time. 9. Should be able to commission various telecom systems at site and do the troubleshooting. 10. Recommend engineering solutions and alternatives to meet the project schedule, budget and quality. 11. Conduct site survey if required and provide technical support for project engineering and commissioning activities.
