As an Avaya Call Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include configuring extensions and Agent IDs on the Avaya call manager platform. You should possess knowledge of Avaya Command lines to monitor Trunk status, PRI lines, or Avaya devices and be able to take traces effectively. Providing technical support to end users on Avaya and related queries will be a key part of your role. You must be highly experienced in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Avaya IP phones. Familiarity with Avaya phone configuration techniques is crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence at the work location in person.,
