The person is responsible to work on our Shrimp sales Business at International market. Below mentioned Roles & Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential customer segments. Lead business development activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of international clients. Develop and present tailored sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients and partners. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Exports, Accounts, Quality logistics and Procurement ) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Market and Regulatory Expertise: Stay informed about global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences related to frozen foods. Ensure all sales activities and products comply with local and international regulations, including food safety and import/export requirements. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and network with key stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Utilize CRM software and other sales analytics platforms to track activities, manage the sales pipeline, and measure results. Analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications and Skills Education: IIM or Equivalent College Graduate on Business Development or Sales. Experience: Minimum of 1 - 12 years of experience in international sales. Proven experience in the frozen food, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in global markets. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management for perishable goods. Proficiency in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
