AV Event Technician

As an AV Event Technician at Kinly in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the delivery of on-site event services for our high-profile client. Your responsibilities will include: - Running AV events, conducting pre-event testing of audio, video, and presentation facilities - Attending pre-production meetings for scheduled special events - Ensuring the event experiences for meeting hosts and attendees are top-notch - Escalating operational issues to the appropriate support level and suggesting improvements - Setting up and supporting video/audio conferences, ensuring timely connectivity and good audio/video transmission - Providing support for video/audio conferencing problems, investigating faults, and recommending necessary actions - Supporting presentation/multi-media meeting rooms, including duration support - Conducting regular preventative room checks to ensure proper equipment functionality - Reporting faults promptly and correctly, and assisting with first-line fault repairs To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position within a corporate and commercial environment.
