AV Event Technician

As an AV Event Technician at Kinly in Pune, India, you will be joining a leading integrator of audio-visual and unified communications solutions with a global presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the on-site event services between Kinly and the client. You will have frequent client interactions, working closely with executive management to deliver top-notch services across all Audio Visual-related aspects of event services. Your key responsibilities will include running AV events, conducting pre-event testing of audio, video, and presentation facilities, attending pre-production meetings for special events, ensuring seamless event experiences for hosts and attendees, and escalating operational issues as needed. Additionally, you will handle video/audio conference set-up and support, troubleshoot conferencing problems, provide presentation/multi-media meeting room support, and perform regular equipment checks to ensure proper functionality. To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position within a corporate and commercial environment. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential qualities for success in this role.
