Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Founder/CEO in managing daily operations, communication, scheduling, and confidential matters. This role requires discretion, speed, clarity, and ownership, not just task-following. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Scheduling Manage calendar, meetings, calls, and reminders Plan daily/weekly schedules and ensure time discipline Coordinate travel, bookings, and itineraries Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings 2. Communication Management Handle emails, WhatsApp, calls, and messages professionally Draft and reply to emails on behalf of the Founder Filter priorities and escalate only critical matters Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners 3. Documentation & Records Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and records Organize digital files and folders systematically Assist with reports, presentations, and basic research 4. Personal & Business Assistance Assist with both business and limited personal tasks Track deadlines, payments, and important commitments Act as a bridge between Founder and stakeholders 5.
