Autosar-Technical Leader

Role Overview: As the technical leader in the AUTOSAR team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the team and mentor individuals to build a high-performing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the technical Key Result Areas (KRAs) for customer projects are met. This position offers significant learning opportunities in new domains within Classic AUTOSAR, with potential growth paths to becoming a Solution Architect or a Program Manager for Customer Projects. Additionally, there will be opportunities to collaborate with the AUTOSAR consortium for high-performing individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Set up the Technical process of Artefacts Development for Team Members - Review Artefacts Developed by Team members for Completeness and Correctness/Test Coverage - Prioritize and Resolve Technical problems - Create Bidirectional traceability document - Perform Work Break Down and Task estimations - Propose project level automation ideas - Train Team Members on Technical process and Problem Solving - Transfer the software requirements to design/test specifications and code/test cases for a function area - Enter Quality Metrics from reviews Qualifications Required: - Hands-on Experience in Embedded C coding - Hands-on debugging skills using Vector tools like CANoe/CANalyzer, etc. - Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Integration and configuration - Proficient in using BSW modules like OS/RTE/CAN/COM/NVM using KSAR/Davinci Supported Skills: - Good oral and written communication skills - Good Knowledge of Microcontrollers - Good Knowledge of Embedded systems - Understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture - Hands-on MCAL driver development - Hands-on Bootloader Development or Integration - Knowledge of SDLC/Agile development methodologies (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
