Job Description

You have at least 8-9 years of experience in Autosar development, specifically working with Classic AUTOSAR software development. You should have experience with Classic Autosar on a minimum of two stacks such as CAN, Ethernet, Diag, NVM, and others. Additionally, experience in the braking system is required. Proficiency in C/C++ programming in a multi-process, multi-threaded development environment is essential for this role. Your primary skills should include Embedded Software development, Classic Autosar, proficiency in C/C++ programming, and knowledge in braking systems. Secondary skills that are beneficial for this position include Enterprise architecture and Design architecture. As a Software Engineer working in the area of Software Engineering, your responsibilities would involve the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You would analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods, and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Your role would also require supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and continuously improving your skills and expertise in software engineering. For this specific role, you should have a deep understanding of software development principles and technical proficiency, mastering all phases of the software development lifecycle. You would be expected to work on highly complex tasks and problems, make technical decisions at a high level, and demonstrate thought leadership in the market. Building effective teams, developing long-term partnerships with clients, and taking full responsibility for outcomes are key aspects of this position. Strong understanding of contractual, financial, and technical considerations, as well as commercial management skills, are important. You should also demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills. Your role would involve a high degree of responsibility and ownership of people issues, focusing on driving innovation and industrialization, and integrating effective teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.,
