Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder — Sales & Go-To-Market (SaaS) located in Lucknow. The Co-Founder will lead and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to accelerate the growth of AutoRepl.ai. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing marketing initiatives, and collaborating on market research to refine product offerings. As a key leader, the Co-Founder will advocate for the company’s vision and actively contribute to shaping its trajectory and success. Qualifications Strong experience in Sales and Marketing for SaaS products, with a proven ability to close deals and drive business growth. Exceptional Communication and Analytical skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while addressing market requirements and trends. Proficiency in conducting market Research and leveraging insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion. Entrepreneurial mindset, team leadership abilities, and an innovative approach to addressing business challenges. Prior experience in the SaaS or technology sector is highly desirable. Knowledge of CRM systems and integration processes is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
