Role Overview: As an Infosys Equinox employee, your primary role will be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to meet the high service standards in the technology domain. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and translating them into system requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in estimating work requirements and providing project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and specifications to understand client needs and translate them into system requirements. - Participate in the estimation of work requirements to provide accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. - Contribute to building efficient programs/systems to support clients in their digital transformation journey. - Possess end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing. - Develop test plans, test strategies, and test estimates. - Utilize scripting languages and automation tools for testing. - Demonstrate excellent communication and client handling skills. - Apply analytical, client interfacing, and stakeholder management skills. - Have knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies. - Manage projects and teams effectively. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in test planning, test strategy, and test estimates. - Proficiency in one or more scripting languages and automation tools. - Strong project and team management skills. - Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies. Note: The job also requires expertise in Automated Testing, Automation framework design, Mobile Automation Testing, and various automation skill sets like Java, JavaScript, Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured API, Appium mobile testing, AI capabilities framework, DevOps CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, JMeter, JIRA. Working knowledge of Digital Commerce Platforms, Jira, SOAP UI, CI/CD, and AWS Cloud is preferred.
