QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using

  Playwright

  .
• Create and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and End-to-End testing.
• Perform

  API testing and automation

  using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Validate backend data using

  SQL queries

  and database testing techniques.
• Develop and execute test cases for AI/GenAI-based applications including LLM validation, prompt testing, output verification, and AI model testing.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Ensure quality throughout the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, reporting, and release validation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in

  Playwright Automation

  .
• Expertise in

  API Testing & API Automation

  .
• Good understanding of

  SQL and Database Validation

  .
• Experience in

  AI Testing / GenAI Testing / LLM Validation

  .
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Automation Framework Design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Exposure to Microservices Testing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in Cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 4-9 years

  of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
