Business System Analyst - Wealth Management

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management and Banking to drive business analysis, requirements management, solution definition, and delivery across complex financial-services platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, architects, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of wealth-management processes, banking products, investment platforms, and end-to-end SDLC delivery. Requirements Gathering, STTM, Gap Analysis, SQL Server, Azure Databricks, Data Analysis and Profiling Lead business analysis activities for wealth management and banking applications/platforms. Engage with business stakeholders, product managers, relationship managers, operations, compliance, and technology teams to understand business needs. Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and documentation. Create and maintain: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements / System Requirements Specifications User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Process flows and use cases Business rules and data mappings Functional and integration specifications
